During the recent conference "Exploring the Meta-Values of Authentic Leadership: Moral Literacy in Action", Charles Burford (Associate Professor in Leadership at the Australian Catholic University) sat down with us to discuss some of the central themes of the 14th Annual Values and Leadership Conference. In this segment, he speaks about how his theoretical work on leadership, specifically the work he has done on the Leaders Transforming Learners and Learning (LTTL) project, is related to the practice of leadership. (Part I of the discussion can be found here, and Part III can be found here.)
