During the recent conference "Exploring the Meta-Values of
Authentic Leadership: Moral Literacy in Action", Charles Burford
(Associate Professor in Leadership at the Australian Catholic
University) sat down with us to discuss some of the central themes of
the 14th Annual Values and Leadership Conference. In this segment, he speaks about the central difficulty he sees in using 'authenticity'
as an ideal for measuring leadership practices, and explains that he
