During the recent conference "Exploring the Meta-Values of Authentic Leadership: Moral Literacy in Action", Christopher Branson (Senior Lecturer in Educational Leadership at the St Patricks Campus (Melbourne) of the Australian Catholic University) sat down with us to discuss some of the themes of the conference. In this clip, he explains what he understands by 'authentic leadership' and why there is a growing need for 'moral literacy' in educational leaders.
